EXCHANGES & RETURNS
You can return your item for an exchange or a refund within 14 days from the date of dispatch.
In order to be accepted returns must be shipped within the 14 days that follow the date the order was dispatched.
Return and exchange shipping fees are non-refundable.
In case of refund of an order shipped with a free shipping code, the cost of the shipment of the order will be deducted from the refund.
Exchanged items can no longer be returned for a refund or for another exchange.
Any items bought on sale or with a discount code are only eligible for credit or exchange. These items are not open to refunds.
Make sure your returned / exchanged item meets the following requirements.
Items must be in a resalable condition,
Items must be returned unworn,
Items must be with the original packaging and tags in place.

Write an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your exchange/return within 15 days from the date of dispatch.
Wait for the confirmation e-mail with the shipping destination.
Ship the item to the address we have sent you.
As soon as we receive the item, we'll send you an email to confirm that the item you would like to exchange/return has been received and that your exchange/refund has been processed.
Please allow 7 BUSINESS DAYS from the day we receive back the item you would like to exchange, to dispatch the exchanged item. All exchanges will be re-sent to you free of charge via regular, tracked post.
Refunds will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend that you use a secure or trackable method of postage, i.e. recorded or special delivery, and that you keep hold of your proof of postage. Until we receive your return, the items and their condition remain your responsibility.
