Exchanges & Returns
Find out how you can make a return and what our return policy is.
You can exchange it or return it for a refund within 15 days from the date of dispatch.
Please note: return or exchange shipping fees are non-refundable.
Make sure your returned or exchanged item meets the following requirements.
- Items must be in a resalable condition,
- Items must be returned unworn,
- Items must be with the original packaging and tags in place.

COMPLETE THE FORM AND START A RETURN
Write an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to inform us of your exchange/return within 15 days from the date of dispatch.
Wait for the confirmation e-mail with the shipping destination.
Ship the item to the address we have sent you.
As soon as we receive the item, we'll send you an email to confirm that the item you would like to exchange/return has been received and that your exchange/refund has been processed.
Please allow 7 BUSINESS DAY the day we receive the item you would like to exchange, to dispatch the exchanged item. All exchanges will be re-sent to you free of charge via regular, tracked post.
Refunds will be credited back via the original method of payment. Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to appear on your bank statement. If for any reason we are unable to issue a refund via the original method of payment, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend that you use a secure or trackable method of postage, i.e. recorded or special delivery, and that you keep hold of your proof of postage. Until we receive your return, the items and their condition remain your responsibility.
