EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Procedure for exchanging an item:
You may return your item for an exchange or refund within 14 days from the date of dispatch. To be accepted, returns must be shipped within 14 days following the date the order was dispatched.
Please note that return and exchange shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you return an order that was shipped with a free shipping code, the cost of the shipment will be deducted from the refund or credit.
Exchanged items can no longer be returned for a refund or another exchange.
Procedure for exchanging a final sale item:
Items in the Swimwear Sale page and/or in the Activewear Sale page of the website are considered final sale and non-refundable. However, they can be exchange within 14 days from the date of dispatch. For exchanges following the procedure outlined below:
Notify us of your exchange request by contacting us at info@undswim.com.
Place a new order for the item you wish to exchange your original purchase with before returning it. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock.
Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item (shipping fees are not refundable) and send you a confirmation email.
If you wish to exchange an item purchased on sale, you will be responsible for any shipping and handling fees.
CONDITIONS
Please ensure that your returned/exchanged item meets the following requirements:
Items must be in a resalable condition.
Items must be returned unworn.
Items must be returned with the original packaging and tags in place.
If items are returned without adhering to these conditions, you will be charged a return postage fee to have the items returned to you.

Write an e-mail to info@undswim.com to inform us of your exchange/return within 14 days from the date of dispatch.
Wait for the confirmation e-mail with the shipping destination.
Ship the item to the address we have sent you.
As soon as we receive the item, we'll send you an email to confirm that the item you would like to return has been received and that your exchange/refund has been processed.
EXCHANGES
Please allow 7 BUSINESS DAYS from the day we receive the item you wish to exchange to dispatch the exchanged item.
Italy and EU:
All exchanges of items purchased at full price will be re-sent to you free of charge via regular, tracked post. Please refer to point 6 of our policy for exchanges of discounted items.
Extra EU:
We currently do not offer free exchanges for customers outside the EU due to high shipping costs. If you wish to exchange your item for another size or style, you will receive a store credit code.
