Under my body tells the story of a woman, the way she coped with her pregnancy - a difficult one - and with the complicated acceptance of her body changing. Anna is a photographer and being a photographer is a fundamental part of herself. This project represents her act of re-acting to months without being able to shoot, forced to break deeply rooted habits and adapt to a life focused on the needs of something - someone - yet unknown. This project wasn’t meant to be shot in self-timer, but just like her body changed and adapted through this strong and unpredictable experience, our project adapted to her pregnancy itself, becoming the diary of months spent living at home, risking an early delivery.
